This continuous soffit strip vent from Timloc is ideal for roof eaves ventilation on roofs where the eaves incorporate a soffit board of between 6mm and 9mm thick. Manufactured in durable UPVC and totally resistant to decay, the continuous soffit strip vent is efficient, unobtrusive and easy to fit. Available in white and brown, the soffit strip vent is UV stabilised and colourfast. This soffit strip vent should be used to ventilate pitched roofs, where the pitch of the roof is less than 15 degrees, flat roofs or any roof where living accommodation is contained within the roof space. The continuous soffit strip vent provides ventilation equivalent to a continuous 25mm opening (25,000mm2 per metre run).
