The Bosch GTS 635-216 table saw is a compact saw with large cutting capacities. The redesign of the motor/gearbox configuration maximises the cutting height from the 216mm blade. The result is a highly portable saw bench with a maximum depth of cut of 70mm and a cutting width of up to 635mm. The extruded aluminium rip fence locks front and rear for precise, parallel rip cuts every time. Removing the face of the fence, laying it flat and re-attaching it forms a low fence for safe cutting of thin workpieces. The 1,600W motor provides all the power required to handle 70mm at full capacity. Safety is paramount; the GTS 635-216 features a soft start, restart protection, a safety switch with emergency stop and efficient dust collection (when connected to a suitable vacuum extractor). The machine is easy to transport with its ergonomic handles and low weight of 22kg. All the accessories can be stored on the machine; a place for everything and everything in its place, nothing gets lost.
