Delicatessa Hot Plate

This hot plate allows for optimal use of space for minimal energy consumption while cooking. Combining technical innovation with luxury design, it brings a new sparkle to the kitchen units with its glass-ceramic surface. The built-in hob offers three cooking surfaces with a total output of up to 6600 W, distributed over the individual cooking surfaces at 2300, 2000 and 1500 W, bringing the contents of pots and pans to the boil at peak times. Thanks to VarioHeating, the two left-hand cooking zones combine to form a flex zone: pan detection enables this to adapt to the size of the pots, pans or saucepans, thus heating large cookware that does not fit on a single cooking surface. For large cooking projects, the extra-large paella zone is particularly practical. Of course, not only can extra-large pan dishes be prepared here, but the chilli pot for the next house party or a large cooking pot can also be placed on here. This means you only use the energy required for the pot and that you can use almost any size of pot or pan. All the burners can be adjusted individually, and feature a boost function, which lets you rapidly up the power to 3600W to heat things up quickly. The glass-ceramic hob is operated easily with an integrated SenseControl touch panel with touch-to-slide control for power control and digital display. This gives kitchen surfaces a seamless finish, without any buttons or knobs. As well as the power, a programmable timer can be set for up to 99 minutes for each burner, and this either switches off the hot plate at the end of the set time or sounds an audible signal. To make sure that everything runs smoothly while cooking, the hot plate has a variety of safety features: Overheating protection is activated if a hob becomes too hot. A residual heat display with the EcoThermal Control system shows whether cooking surfaces are still hot after being switched off. It also enables cooking with residual heat to save energy. The practical ThermalRecall function remembers the set temperature and is used if the cooking process is interrupted for a short time and then continued later. A child lock can also be activated in order to prevent accidental changes to the cooking settings. The hot plate looks stunning with its easy-care, glass ceramic surface, which elegantly sets it off to perfection. Thus the stove blends effortlessly into any kitchen, be it classic or modern.
