The dancing dragontail is a tiny butterfly found in the Cardamom mountains of Cambodia, and the inspiration for this English-made summer gin. A delicate fresh juniper from Kosovo is used as the main flavouring, with a strong note of green cardamom and citrus tastes of pink grapefruit. Unusual roots are used to add uniqueness and provide the gin with warmth. Perfect served with tonic, a twist of lime and lemongrass shavings.
