The Classic Sambuca which acts as a base for this flavoured rendition is made with a host of intensely flavourful botanicals sourced from all over the world, including Chinese star anise, fennel, cinnamon, wormwood, iris, and bittersweet oranges.
This deeply herbal and fragrant palate is given a bright burst of fruitiness with the addition of sweet red cherry, bringing balanced notes of maraschino and nutty marzipan with perfect smoothness and great versatility.
