Virtuosa Induction Hot Plate

The Klarstein Virtuosa induction hot plate combines modern technology with a luxurious appearance to bring a touch of glamour to your kitchen. With three hob surfaces, two with a diameter of 16.5cm and one with a diameter of 20cm, and an additional variable hob for pots between 12cm and 23cm, the Virtuosa has a total of 6,500W of power for cooking. The small hobs go up to 1,200W, the large hob up to 1,800W and the variable hob either 800W, 1,600W or 2,300W of power, depending on the size of the pot. All can be adjusted separately over nine different temperature levels. The product is a ceramic stove top, operated via a built-in touch control panel and digital display, which ensures no additional controls and buttons break up the smooth surface of the kitchen unit. In addition to the temperature, a timer can be set separately for each hob in either one-minute or 10-minute increments, either switching off the hot plate or sounding an alarm after the time has elapsed. To make sure that everything runs smoothly while cooking, the Virtuosa has a variety of backups. Overheat protection is activated if a hob becomes too hot. A residual heat indicator shows whether any cooking surfaces are still hot after being turned off. Also, a child lock can be activated to prevent any accidental alterations of the cooker settings.
