Rhododendron Dusty Miller is a hardy shrub that will grow up to 1m tall. Its pale-pink flowers bear flushes of red colour and fade to cream as time progresses. This compact plant will see its flowering appear in Spring, whilst its bushy habit allows it to form a bush-like shape. Its evergreen foliage is dark green on top and silvery-white underneath, giving the plant year-round interest and ensuring its striking flowerheads always have the perfect contrast. This plant is ideal for adding a burst of colour into a pot or container on its own. It is also an attractive way to complement other flowers within bedding, borders or plant displays. Rhododendrons are low maintenance shrubs. Place them in partial shade. They will tolerate most soils that are kept moist and well-drained. Water them well until established, then maintain regular watering afterwards.
