The Juniperus ‘Gold Star’ is an interesting conifer with a spreading habit that gives it’s a flat-topped look. The spreading foliage tends to overlap with dense clusters of needle-like foliage which gains a yellow hue under the sun. If kept in partially sunny locations it will strike a nice balance of yellow and green throughout the foliage, providing some lovely bright colour. A great option for edging and borders due to its arching, structured nature. Plant in any well-drained soils and keep in full or partial sun. Resistant to drought once established and tolerant of poorer, heavier soils.
