Sipsmith’s vodka is crafted with a little help from Prudence – that’s the name of their 300-litre copper pot still, which crafts this fine vodka in small batches using hand-selected English wheat.
Made for sipping and using in Martinis, Sipsmith’s smooth vodka holds notes of vanilla and biscuit sweetness.

You will need:
60ml gin (use Sipsmith’s London Dry)
20 ml Sipsmith Sipping Vodka
10ml Extra Dry Vermouth
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
