This is the Limited Edition White version of the highly-popular Core Single Edge Razor.\nWho is the Core Single Edge Razor for?\nThe Core is for men who want to switch from shaving with cartridge blades for financial reasons, men who want to banish razor burn and ingrown hairs, men who want an environmentally sound razor with recyclable blades, men with sensitive skin and it's for men like me who want the very best shave possible.\nThe OneBlade Core is a Single Edge Razor that shares the same design profile as the OneBlade Genesis Razor. One significant difference is the OneBlade, patent pending “Active Floating Blade Approach System” (AFBAS).\nAFBAS allows the blade to float in three directions while simultaneously ensuring the relationship between the critical measures of blade angle, blade exposure and blade gap. This was done by slightly expanding the blade insertion area and by adding a longitudinal pivot point an approximately half way from the cutting edge of the blade which allows the blade to rock up and down during the shaving process. This 'floating system' delivers a significant increase in the comfort and effectiveness of the shave. An additional benefit is a significant increase in the 'forgiveness' aspect of the razor leading to fewer shaving nicks. \n\nThe Core is made from engineer-grade Tritan Polymer, to give the razor the weight and balance needed, the handle has a core rod insert made from stainless steel - hence the name Core.\nThe Core has a pivoting head which works in a similar way to a modern-day Gillette Mach3/Fusion cartridge blade, this helps to negate cuts due to poor technique and pressing too hard when shaving.\nWhen not in use, rest your Core on the fabulously designed and matching stand.\n\nThe Core uses Feather FHS-10 Hi-Stainless Spineless Single Edge Blades, these are approximately twice the thickness of a standard safety razor blade. This additional thickness delivers a shave similar to that from a cut throat razor but without the risks.\nBlades are easy to insert, no need to take anything apart, slide in a blade until it clicks into place.
