With fresh emerald-green foliage that responds well to clipping the dense growth makes it perfect for helping to reduce noise particularly as it quickly forms a closed hedge when planted 60cm apart. Growing 30-60cms per year it is much more manageable than the better known leylandii with this tamer rate of growth and eventual height of around 5 metres if left unclipped. If used as a solitary specimen it will form a narrow pyramidal tree not much wider than 2.5 m. Supplied in approx. 15 litre containers at around 150-180cms (5-6ft) tall.
