Perfect Serve – Southern Comfort 100 makes a mean Manhattan, simply stir together 60mls of Southern Comfort Black with 30mls of sweet vermouth, 2 dashes of Peychauds’s Bitters and an additional dash of Orange Bitters. Top with a Luxardo cherry.
